“It's a beautiful and relaxing place with panoramic views and a good pool with comfortable sunbeds. Be careful while choosing the room because not all rooms look freshly renovated. Rooms can be cleaned better. The staff is helpful, the territory is beautiful. The restaurant isn't bad but it is empty.”

“The receptionist on arrival was very kind and offered us a welcome drink. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although the air conditioning didn’t work properly. Also, we booked this resort specifically for the spa in winter, and it was closed for renovations with no notice on the website and no compensation offered. Breakfast the next morning was the main issue. We selected a 7:30 delivery so we could start our travel day early, but nothing arrived until 8:15 for my parents and 8:25 for us, and half of the items were missing. Eggs arrived later but they were overcooked. Staff seemed disorganised and unable to keep up with the orders, which delayed our departure by more than an hour. We reported this at checkout and were advised to email for a refund of the breakfast component, but after four business days we have not received a response.”
